These documents govern use of Dion Health products. The Master Subscription Agreement is the umbrella; everything else attaches to it.

- Acceptable Use PolicyWhat you may and may not do with the Services — security, data handling, outreach, and AI use.
- Privacy PolicyHow Dion collects, uses, shares, and protects information, including Protected Health Information.
- Product SchedulesPer-product terms for each app in the suite, incorporated into the Master Subscription Agreement.
- Service Level AgreementAvailability commitment, service credits, support response targets, and exclusions.
- Information Security PolicyThe written security program the Master Subscription Agreement commits Dion to maintain, covering every product in the suite.
- Access Control PolicyHow access to systems and data is granted, reviewed, and revoked — for people, for machine credentials, and across tenants.
- Business Associate AgreementThe HIPAA agreement executed before any Protected Health Information is transmitted. Signed, not click-accepted.
